Schedule of Fees
Mortgages
We may receive up to 1% (or whatever maximum is applicable) of the loan amount for arranging Mortgage Finance. This commission is paid by the mortgage lender. Should the mortgage be paid off or re-mortgaged through another institution within a five year period the lender will claw back a portion of our commission. A ceiling of maximum amount of commission payable has been imposed by all of the lending institutions.
Please note that lenders may charge specific fees in certain circumstances and if this applies, these fees will be specified in your Loan Offer. This can be discussed with your solicitor prior to signing acceptance of loan offer. Typically, this situation arises in relation to specialist lending.
If we provide mortgage advice we charge a consultation fee of €100.00 which is due at our initial meeting. Full details of our fee will be discussed and will require your approval prior to submitting any Application on your behalf.
Life Cover / Specified Illness / Mortgage Protection Policies
Gammell Financial Services Limited do not charge an arrangement fee in respect of Life Cover / Specified Illness / Mortgage Protection Policies
In the case of complex cases or to reflect value, specialist skills or urgency additional fees may be payable which will be discussed and agreed prior to providing our service.

Life Fees (optional)
You may elect to deal with us on a fee basis. Sample Fee Structure:

Additional fees may be payable for complex cases or to reflect value, specialist skills or urgency such fees will be discussed and agreed prior to providing our service.
Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs)
Where advice is requested for PRSAs, the following hourly fees will apply:

Additional fees may be payable for complex cases or to reflect value, specialist skills or urgency to be advised prior to providing our service. If we receive commission from a product provider this will be offset against the fee which we will charge you. Where the commission is greater than the fee due, the commission will become the total amount payable to us unless an arrangement to the contrary is made.
Single Premium Life and Pension
Where advice is requested for Single premium Investments, the following hourly fees will apply:

If we receive commission from a product provider this will be offset against the fee which we will charge you. Where the commission is greater than the fee due, the commission will become the total amount payable to us unless an arrangement to the contrary is made.
Investment Fees:
Gammell Financial Services Limited do not charge an arrangement fee in respect of Investment Bonds and Deposits. We receive a commission from the institution at the rate of 0.3% per annum.
Single Premium Life and Pension:
Where advice is requested fro Single Premium Investment, the following fees will apply:
